Those bags ... last time!
From Pick Up Sticks, Verticle Stripe bags :![]() ![]() Yarn : Cascade 220, 4 in the green, one in the pink Notes : made bigger than the instructions ... 5 stitches longer & 6 stitches wider per panel ![]() Yarn : KnitPick's Wool of the Andes (blue x5) & Cascade 220 (pink x1) ![]() Yarn : KnitPick's Wool of the Andes, x5 in dark grey, x2 in red ![]() Yarn : KnitPick's Wool of the Andes, x7 in ? Note : The twisted tie looks like it's in a different color only because it was felted on its own and was not contaminated by the other dyes! I love this bag mostly because it stands up on its own. Just think about it : - the Booga bag is knitted with a single stand of worsted weight yarn on US10 1/2 or 6.5 mm needles - the Panes bag is knitted with a double strand of worsted weight yarn on US13 or 9.00mm needles Only thing that comes close is the Nantasket basket which is knitted with a double strand of worsted weight yarn on US10 1/2 or 6.5 mm needles The Vertical Stripe bag is knitted with double strands of a worsted weight yarn on US10 or 6.00mm needles. Wool of the Andes makes a thicker fabric than Cascade 220. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
